CCL Supplier Elite Material Sees Strong Profits in 2016

Copper-clad laminate (CCL) maker Elite Material has reported net profits of NT$2.77 billion ($90.35 million) for 2016, increasing 15.95% from a year earlier. Based on the earnings, the company plans to hand out dividends of NT$4.70 in cash for 2016, according to Digitimes.

Consolidated revenues for 2016 totaled NT$22.07 billion, up 5.75% on year. Gross margin stood at 26.12% in 2016, up 1.85pps from the previous year. Revenues for the first two months of 2017 reached NT$3.673 billion, increasing 18.97% from a year earlier.

Venue for the 2018 EIPC Winter Conference was the splendid new Alstom Transport Information Solutions facility in Villeurbanne, in the Lyon metropolitan area of the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region in eastern France. An extremely popular event—117 delegates represented a total of 20 countries, unprecedented in recent years, and only just fitted into Alstom’s conference suite. Indeed, some were even standing at the back!
