“We are proud to announce both Matt and Nancy’s promotions, “said Terry Heilman, Sunstone’s CEO. With more than 50 combined years of experience in this industry, they have both been effective and strategic in their roles at Sunstone. We have a strong, proven track record of leadership in the PCB industry and they are a great example of this.”
Rocky Catt, Sunstone’s COO added, “Both are highly respected and trusted by our staff and their peers and are committed to delivering world class service in the PCB industry. As our industry evolves, we are thrilled to give them the opportunity to take on well-deserved responsibilities and continue leading in our markets.”
Nancy joined Sunstone in 1991, and after a succession of management positions within the company, was named director of operations in 2015. In her new role, Nancy will focus on organization excellence, guiding Sunstone through processes like ISO, technology, and partnership growth while continuing to lead organization innovation and oversight to all production managers.
“Matt and I work very well together, and we are enjoying the opportunity to have a larger role in executing Sunstone’s strategic vision. The future is bright for Sunstone and I love being a part of that growth!,” said Nancy Viter.
Matt started in the PCB industry in 1995 and came to Sunstone in 2006 as quality manager and progressed to director of marketing in 2015. He has extensive experience in the PCB industry and has proven his skill and dedication to Sunstone by continuing to grow the company’s revenue, partnerships, and lead excellent customer experiences. Matt’s knowledge of the process from sales to production to quality control provides him a unique view of how to keep Sunstone growing and ahead of our competitors.
“I am honored to be a part of this amazing Sunstone team and even more so to be a key resource to lead them to continued success. This is a very exciting time in electronics manufacturing and I cannot wait to see what is around the corner.
