Potter began his career in PCBs in 1980 as a silkscreen operator for Cuplex in Garland, Texas. His vast experience is not limited to just PCB fabrication as he also held the production manager position for a couple of contract assemblers.

Potter spent two years as the vice president of Business Development for a company making RF sensing devices for water and power monitoring. Prior to joining MLT, he was the production manager of Circuitronics, a local Texas contract manufacturer.

Viny Mulani, president, noted that, "Marvin is an integral piece of the professional staffing puzzle we have been attempting to complete for some time. In his short time with us, we have seen our OTD increase by over 8% along with a slight reduction in operational costs.
