Prototron Circuits will be exhibiting at this year’s ACI Technologies' 2nd Annual Tech Expo to be held on May 20-21 from 8:30 to 4:30 at ACI Technologies headquarters at 1 International Plaza in Philadelphia.

“This is a great opportunity for us to get out there and meet customers face to face. We are counting on the expo to be very informative and hope we can pick up several good accounts that will have interest in working with Prototron Circuits,” said Walt Manchin, who handles sales for Prototron in the Mid-Atlantic region.

On the way back from Hong Kong last week I had the good fortune of meeting an officer of Allegro Microsystems and enjoyed a wide ranging discussion with him. One of the "take home" items was concern about an expanding shortage of rare earth metals used to make ICs for the burgeoning automotive sensor market. The second was how important the roles of partnering and consortia are in the rapidly advancing autonomous automotive electronic field.
