KYZEN will demonstrate the new KYZEN ANALYST Real-Time Concentration Monitoring & Reporting System at the IPC APEX EXPO 2017, scheduled to take place February 14-16, 2017 at the San Diego Convention Center in California. KYZEN will be at Booth 2401.

The KYZEN ANALYST is the first of its kind, state-of-the-art wash bath concentration monitoring and reporting system that maximizes performance of virtually all chemistries, not just a few. The KYZEN ANALYST uses direct measurement technology, a high-precision measurement technique that includes fast and stable analytical methods that are independent of conductivity, color and transparency of the process liquids. These results are available online and are updated every second.

The KYZEN ANALYST makes concentration monitoring faster, safer and more precise while saving critical time and money. Providing real-time access to data, analytics and reporting anytime, anywhere, the KYZEN ANALYST makes retrieving, logging and charting SPC reports fast and user-friendly. Additionally, it provides complete monitoring of wash bath concentration.

The KYZEN ANALYST software features a user-Friendly 4.3” LCD Touchscreen Interface, Ethernet / WiFi connection, and is Industry 4.0 Enabled to easily collect and exchange data. For more information, stop by Booth #2401 at the IPC APEX EXPO or click here.

Stencil Printing Techniques for Challenging Heterogeneous Assembly Applications

04/16/2018 | Mark Whitmore and Jeff Schake, ASM Assembly Systems
A new generation of near microscopic size SMT chip capacitors has appeared in the market, known as either 0201 or 008004. This article investigates and characterizes the stencil printing process for compatibility with M0201 capacitor assembly. Effects of circuit board quality, stencil thickness, and stencil nano-coating are evaluated against solder paste volume transfer efficiency and raw-volume print distribution.
