Andy Wittbrodt Joins YAMAHA as Key Account Manager

Yamaha Motor Corporation USA‘s Intelligent Machinery (IM) Division is pleased to announce the addition of Andy Wittbrodt as Key Account Manager.
In Andy’s new role, he will manage key accounts and work closely with prospective customers globally to bring awareness to Yamaha’s One Stop Smart Solution, Yamaha’s full line of manufacturing equipment for the Semiconductor and SMT Manufacturing Industries.
Andy joins Yamaha with 27 years of technical sales and service operations experience in the Electronics Industry. He has an impressive record of achievements always providing a positive experience for his customers with relentless emphasis on customer satisfaction. His skill sets align well with Yamaha Motor Corporation USA’s IM vision and is a welcomed addition to Yamaha’s sales team.
In making the announcement, George Babka, Sales General Manager, said, “Andy’s in-depth knowledge of the Industry adds a tremendous amount of talent to our growing sales organization. He will help Yamaha continue its expansion by offering our customers a level of support that is unsurpassed in the industry.”
Andy said, on joining Yamaha, “I am thrilled to join Yamaha who leads with best-in-class robotics, semiconductor and electronics manufacturing. Their dedication to the industry and significant, continuous investment in Research and Development is already driving the next generation of electronics manufacturing far into the future. Originally from Michigan, Andy attended Colorado State University prior to joining the U.S. Navy. After spending several years in the submarine force he was honorably discharged and moved to Sweden where he began his electronics career. Throughout his career Andy has traveled and been a resource to companies in more than 30 countries. His technical background and many experiences add significant strength to Yamaha’s organization.
